Swatched! BECCA Lush Lip Colour Balm

My first BECCA product was the Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter in Champagne Pop, which I continue to wear every single day… and I’ve had it for over a year. So imagine how excited I was when I received the new BECCA Lush Lip Colour Balms in the mail!

I’ve been using these for several weeks now, and they are the perfect compromise between a lip balm, and a lipstick. My lips are super super dry, so I really appreciate how hydrating the jojoba oil-infused formula is. The colour is buildable, so if you only apply one swipe, it really lets your natural lip colour shine through. As someone who usually wears fairly heavy eye makeup (eye shadow, liquid eyeliner, and tons of mascara), this is perfect: it gives my mouth a bit of colour, without making the whole look too intense.

My lovely sisters visited not long after I received these, and did a beautiful arm swatch of all the hues for me (and you!).

Although I find myself reaching for Ginger Vanille most often on a daily basis, I did try on all eight shades to show how universal they are.

Café au Lait / Ginger Vanille

Almond Fraise / Chai Crème

Milk Chocolate / Toasted Hazelnut

Cherry Ganache / Black Violet

BECCA Lush Lip Colour Balm, $22 USD at Ulta and BECCACosmetics.com

There you have it! Which is your favourite? Have you tried them?

Note: I was provided with samples of these products, but as always, opinions are my own.
