Minoue’s Skincare Drawer: 3 Moisturizers to Try

Having a great moisturizer is an essential part of an effective skincare routine. I’m usually always using more than one at a time, but here are three favourites I highly recommend you try!

HADA LABO Goku-jyun Cream (肌ラボ極潤ヒアルロンクリーム)

I’ve been fixated on products that contain hyaluronic acid lately, so when I found this simple yet effective moisturizer on my last trip to Japan, I snatched it up immediately. It quickly became my go-to, especially when I’m going all out with a mist, serum, emulsion, moisturizer, and sunscreen, layering product upon product (upon product, upon product). It doesn’t have a scent, and its colour and texture resemble white glue, but it absorbs well into the skin and really does its job: it hydrates!

Belif The True Cream – Aqua Bomb

This is the first Belif product I tried after getting a sample at a visit to Fruits & Passion a few months ago. It immediately became my favourite moisturizer because of its creamy gel texture, refreshing smell and quick absorption. There is really nothing I don’t love about this moisturizer! It is also one of the products that really got me more interested in K-beauty.

Fresh Vitamin Nectar Moisture Glow Face Cream

This follow-up to Fresh’s hit Vitamin Nectar Vibrancy-Boosting Mask is a vitamin-filled moisturizer with a citrus scent. It absorbs super fast, really helps your skin glow, and smells like a glass of fresh orange juice. The perfect way to wake up your skin and senses in the morning!

What is your favourite moisturizer… of all time?

Note: I was provided with samples of the Belif and Fresh products, but as always, opinions are my own.
